Every year Skyline commissions its very own exhibit designers to submit a proposal for the year’s current exhibit design.

It had been over 15 years of consistently blue and white themed booths with stereotypical hardware assembly and a smattering of every product line Skyline offered. In attempts to curb an ongoing endemic and bring a sense of life and inventiveness into our space, I ditched the exorbitant and unnecessary amount of hardware for a more streamlined look with custom product applications and on-trend colors and textile choices - none of which carried an ounce of blue.

Mood Boards & Other Ideations

Along with my intent for the space, I took the initiative to source specific furnishings, swatches, and even created pre-show teasers and mailers.

Curating and styling personal wardrobes of exhibit staff put the finishing touches on the aesthetic as a whole.

Pre-show mailers and email teasers provided opportunity to entice attendees into the VIP experience Skyline had to offer. Stamped brass keys showcasing the company’s metal capabilities acted as bottle openers for all recipients and unlocked rewards for lucky attendees that visited the space. Layered UV-printed acrylic invites featured our in-house printing capabilities, and short-film animations highlighted our marketing department’s digital branding offerings. Wine bottles, chocolate boxes, and drink coasters were printed and adhered using our latest removable printing technology.
